具体你写的时候，其实就是公事公办的口气就好了。因为每个人本身都只需要一个485
，现在你要跟她们说的就是EB2和EB1批件里的是同一个人，而且EB1不排期。附上一个
最近的排期，把EB1不排期部分highlight起来。把你的service request number也附上
，跟她们说你已经等了很久了。 |

Answer: Almost everyone encounters the same problem. It seems that USCIS
only receive mail in the early morning. So if you send your mail in the

里稍微安定一下。下个周一update.

到的。e-file 140的要求是在e-file之后7 个business day之内，也就是10天之内寄到
，时间足够了。之所以要用签名就是保证万 一有误的情况，你有邮局寄信的证据，你
有uscis签收的证据，邮局你又是寄的有时间 保证的Express Mail，这样的证据足可以
让你对付万一移民局出错claim没在限定时间 内没收到你的材料而拒你。 可能USCIS
收取信件签名的时间比较固定，所以大家在邮寄特快专递的时候都会碰到邮 局说留了
notice，会明天再送，如果没人签单，就会原信退回的字样。不用担心，移民 局会有

which one is right??
