我跟劳工一人在市东边，一人在偏西边工作
买房需要考虑俩人commute的距离，小孩的学区，还有老人的生活质量
目前对Wilchester Elementary跟Barbara Bush Elementary这两个小学区域的房子感兴趣
这两个学校评分都是１０／１０，但从设施上看barbara远不及wilchester
看问一下这个版上有没有孩子在其中一个小学上学的家长，对这两个小学的评价如何？
居住环境跟房子价格来说的话，barbara好多了，所以如果这两个小学如果相差不是很
多的话，很可能我们就在barbara区找房子了。。。

我去参观了一下wilchester的校园，很新很宽敞
看了barbara的外形，好象有点破旧的感觉
所以才来这儿问问
wilchester的亚裔１３％，７７％白人
barbara的亚裔是３０％，但黑人跟拉丁人也是３０％
你说barbara学校好，有这么明显么？greatschools上两者都是１０分的
居住方面想住中国人多一点的地方，更倾向与barbara，房子也是barb的更新更宽敞
我们的孩子还小，现在暂时先考虑小学的问题，如果初中高中都好的话，算是bonus了 |

天去 Solvang，下午开回 LA，晚上到解放区吃晚饭。

欢风景，是因为听说 Santa Barbara 是个安静漂亮的小镇，所以一直想去玩一玩。但
