BEIJING—China’s Tsinghua Unigroup Ltd. has submitted a bid to buy out U.S.
memory chip maker Micron Technology Inc. for $23 billion, people familiar
with the matter said.

。据该州联邦土地管理局（Bureau of Land Management）星期四表示，山火是由一名
单车手引发的，而他这么做的原因，只是因为想掩盖自己随地大便的证据。
这场山火从星期三中午1点半起开始延烧，爱荷华州消防队花了近8个小时才将大火扑灭
。虽然未造成人员伤亡，不过大火烧毁了73英亩的草地和一起私人物业。
州联邦土地管理局事后发表声明称，这起山火是由一名单车手引发。
据悉这名未透露身份的单车手星期三中午在爱荷华州郊区骑车时，突然感到肚子痛。他
眼见四下无人，便找到一个水沟就地蹲下“方便”。事后为了不想在现场留下用过的卫
生纸，他决定点火把粪便和卫生纸一起烧毁。
结果一阵大风吹来，点燃的卫生纸被吹飞到旁边的草地上。由于当地十分干燥，这场山
火变得一发不可收拾，迅速扩散开来，这名单车手看情况不对，立刻骑上单车逃走了。
在发现自己的行为引发了不可挽救的后果后，这名单车手星期四选择向有关部门自首。
警方也证实，男子所说的事件与现场找到的事实相符。

19 December 1964, Shih-Li Sheng was on a training mission from Davis-Monthan
AFB when he lost control while climbing through thunderhead. The aircraft
crashed and though Sheng survived, he was forced out of the U-2 program. He
was killed in a crash some years later. |

评为美国历任总统中最差的一位。
博伊西州立大学(Boise State University)和休斯顿大学(University of Houston)近
期对美国政治科学联合会(American Political Science Association)总统与行政科学
分部170名会员进行了调查，请他们给美国所有历任以及现任总统的任职表现打分，100
分最高，0分最低。这些会员都是专门研究美国总统问题的专家学者。
结果，在2018年这项名为“总统与行政政治总统卓越性调查”中，现任总统特朗普平均
得分只有12.34，排在了最后。即便是在共和党人的排名中，特朗普的得分也很低，在

了，来回又要机票酒店当天肯定离开不了Boise，不愿意折腾了。
我觉得真的价格应该在40K，不想再骚扰各个dealer没完没了的砍价了。
当我都同意41.5K后，我说我只同意最高2.09%的 60 months官网rate，他们同意后我签
的意向书。然后sales把我交给finance部门，又和我耍赖说我的776分只能给我3.4x%的
利率，克莱斯勒不肯给2.09%，我说就我这个credit，你给我3.4%这不是扯淡，为此我
要多掏1500多得利息你才给我500的finance rebate，我说不干，那就算了。dealer非
要把车卖给我，最后再减价把多余的利息减掉，找capital one去贷款。不过我还没有
提车，因为他要去和capital one deal 1.99% rate，我就签了所有的合同，等着下周
取车，我不想要光溜溜的Truck bed，让他们做Linex的磨砂的，还有那个车少了底盘保
护，我要求免费给我加上，钱我现在一毛钱都没付。我说了，你要是最后拿不到1.99%

月2号一家人6天从Michigan开到西雅图。90号路这一路风景都很不错。
第一天出发很晚，Chicago住一晚，
第二天大部分时间开车在WI， Madsion吃顿川菜，晚上Sioux Falls住一晚，
第三天早上起来看看那个瀑布Sioux falls，然后开到badlands National park玩大白
天， 晚上住总统山。
第四天总统大概看看，1，2个小时足够。记得开总统山后面的山路，这一段不要走90,
风景更好。
晚上开到黄石北门。
第五天晚黄石一天。晚上开累在Idaho随便找了个旅馆。
第六天走马观花玩玩Craters of the Moon，还在Boise跟老同学吃顿牛排。晚上直接开
到Seattle家里了。
提醒，我们是两个人开。所以不是很累，就那样我还犯困两次，还好老婆提醒，没有出
错。一个人开一定要2-3个小时下来休息。要是困了哪怕刚开半个小时也下来睡觉。
这一路总体都很好开。中间1000多迈限速都是80。而且地广人稀，开1个小时就看见一

本报消息： 一名外号老邢的男子在开封市江北区观音桥租房创建淫秽视频聊天网站，
招聘所谓的“女主播”在网上进行色情表演，不到一年时间就发展注册会员300余万人
次，非法牟利两百万元。近日，开封市警方配合河南警方捣毁该淫秽网站。
昨日，警方以涉嫌传播淫秽信息罪，将网站负责人邢某等6人刑事拘留。
“女主播”正搔首弄姿数十名警察破门而入
7月21日上午9时许，江北区观音桥一写字楼。
数十名荷枪实弹的警察迅速将该楼14层、21层、25层的几个房间包围。
“不许动，警察！”一声令下，分成几个组的民警同时撞开房门。见警察突然出现
，正各自对着电脑摄像头搔首弄姿的十几个“女主播”一下慌了神，束手就擒。
参战的是我市公安局网监总队和河南省开封市公安局民警。这次突击行动，是为了
打掉一个名叫“MMV8”的淫秽视频聊天网站。在头一天晚上，警方已将网站老板邢某抓
获归案。
