.

“Also, since you are a Chinese citizen, ***** will require you to obtain an
export compliance license which will take up to 60 days. You will need

请问版上tx，这个export compliance license 怎么申请？现在手里还有另外一家公司
offer，本周内急需答复，我应该怎么办？等60天？还是去另外那家公司？

大牛们。这个PCI compliance是让credit card payment过程更加安全的一种措施，
1. PNC merchant service，在和representative谈的时候，有一个PCI compliance
fee大概一年100多刀
2. Cayan，也是有一个PCI compliance fee，大概99刀/year
但是如果选择Stripe，就没有要求这个费用，为什么？难道Stripe不用遵守吗？还是用
Stripe会有安全隐患？ |

FP&A 那个工作每月都重复做同样的活, 然后就是quaterly budget, 然后AOP, 基本都
是重复劳动, 有什么意思? 但是机会比较多.
Compliance没有那么多重复的劳动, 可能 每个case都不一样, 所以有意思的多.但工作
选择面比较少.
同一家大公司里面做FP&A的多还是做compliance的多? 一目了然的. |

假设一个大公司,全球几百个工厂加几十个division的分部.
Corporate FP&A再多的变化也就那样了. AOP每年重复, quarterly budget 每个季度要
做, month end closing那些report 每个月要做,再加上每个月的actual+forecast, 其
实内容都差不多,excel的格式都是一样的. 你见的人再多也就是财务会计上的人为主.
做compliance的虽然内容相同(公司policy都一样的)吧, 但那么多地方跑跑,不同地方,
不同职能的部门的人见见就很有意思. 想象一下几百个工厂加几十个分部,你一年跑12
个工厂加两个分部,几年下来都跑不完, 用了3-4年轮下来后, 每个地方的人和情况可能
都变了, 你就是再去同一个地方也会有新鲜感 - 尽管你做的东东每个地方都差不多.
但还是那句话, 做FP&A的人比较多, 机会也比较多. |

工资，同公司，就是不同team
一个是Compliance，也是头头比较想让我去做的，因为我有CPA然后经历他们觉得也很
合适，主要就是制定完善一些process&procedures，审查国内国外那些location是不是
合规，做一些培训等等，另外就是lead各种process improvements。这个就是比较
technical 然后可以看到很多的best practice
一个是我自己比较喜欢的是在global FP&A，主要做variance analysis,通过数据分析
来找market/business drivers，还有一些strategic的东西
我自己以后是想过两年换公司离开制造业，但还是做corporate finance，想知道这两
种工作哪个对以后发展有利

那个什么compliance fee不出意外的话是众多hidden fee里面的一项。如果你们公司一
年没有10million的销售额，老老实实用stripe好了。开发维护方面的麻烦少多了。 |
