TRAFFIC JUDGE维持原判的话，要比不上COURT直接交fine的多交钱？明天要见一个
county clerk讨论我ticket的
option. 听说是1）多交100多刀可hold record. 一年内不重犯，就消掉记录。2）上
COURT, 你赢了没事，输了还要交更多的钱加扣点。是这样的吗？求助建议明天怎么选
择？
我的case是 车里有car booster, 但警察看到时刚好没坐在上面。如果上COURT, 我会
说孩子一开始用了booster, 但后来滑掉了，我开车没留心到。请求考虑初犯取消
ticket. 我有booster在现场的照片。有多少胜算？

发帖数: 1 | 3 2年前2005，开车到Texas A&M U(college station)看一位朋友，在学校的parking lot
路边，一个cop硬说我没有在stop sign的路口没停。可是我老早就看见那个警车紧紧跟
在我后面，我当然是停了。所以心里不服，第二天就写了份信plea not gulty.之后一
直没有收到任何消息. 去年由于工作关系就离开了Texas.
昨天突然收到一份信，里面是2张ticket,一个是那个stop sign,一个是$700 court
ticket, reason: fail to show in court, March 29, 2007. 我晕！
打电话去court问，一个美国女人说，他们给我以前的地址寄过notice,而且notice被退
回了。但是还是要罚$700！ 原因是没有告诉他们我的地址变了。
我觉得这个有些无理，就算不去court最多就当这个人guilty,吃罚单好了，那个fail
to court太不能接受了。(感觉简直是欺负人！)
在此想请过来人给分析一下，我该怎么办。感激不尽！ |

击姿态。但是很多时候打running forehand时都是在很难受的情况下，也就是你在
defensive时。这时的原则是一定要打cross court。如果打直线，对方会很容易打你的
cross court到你反手，这时你人基本已经到最右边了，几乎肯定没办法跑回你的反手
。相反，如果你一开始打running forehand cross court，对方回球的角度基本都是向
着你来的，你能救到球队几率会大的多。大家拿纸画画就明白了。打cross court还有
个好处是球在空中飞行时间长，给自己回位的时间也长一些，特别是深而高跳的上旋球。
running forehand总结：
1. 在你提前跑到位，有把握时，打down the line winner
2. 在狂奔救球时，玩命刷尽量深而高跳的cross court上旋球 |

的，正好看完YouTube那个教练running forehand教程，以前看过他ad court kick的教
程，拿出来重看一遍。发觉讲得真不错。今天比赛试验了一下，感觉有点开了窍，ad
court 一发 kick有60%左右的成功率，能砸到边线附近，基本上对手要么DTL出界，要
么被我跟进轻松volley cross court。还没有试黑导的FH cc pattern, 因为我FH on
the rise不是特别好。一下是一些技术要点，接下来几场比赛争取趁热打铁，以后能够
own it:

federal clerkships except for those from certain countries, but it seems
that the rule has changed. Why not look up the relevant legislative history
to see whether you would qualify?

推到该还位置，shopping cart还没停下来就倒在咱倒霉的小车上。 问题不大，但撞了

着。
咱当然认为是黑MM的错， 本以为要他们保险修修就好了，问题多多...
肇事黑MM方不愿给保险啥的（不知对方有没有保险）, 先叫来老公说自己擦擦，修修啥
的，就不愿让咱自己修，没法令人相信。后来又叫来一黑大叔，态度极端嚣张，说在停
车场都这么扔shooping cart，没啥责任，有问题都是商店的。后来嚣张的开车跑了，
无语！
问了警察， 说可以通过small court处理。现在先记下了肇事者车牌号（没给保险，
registration card），书面写了车被撞经过，小商店老板签了字并留下电话， 准备通
过small court找 黑MM 修车。

情况是这样的。保险公司提到说对方也许会去small claim court因为保险公司觉得当
对方很persistent地断定是我爸的责任的时候对方有可能选择去small claim court,而
且对方本身没有任何保险可以cover。
我简单研究了一下，对方如果要去small claim court应该告的是driver (我爸)和
owner(我）。保险公司如果要去small claim court说他们会帮我准备好所有材料。

险信息，给了violator's copy 和court communication copy， 原因写的是failure
to reduce speed. 并没有罚款。
单子下面写了出庭时间，但是也注明了"no court appearance required"。我是不想去
court的，因为本来追尾就是我的责任，但是我还需要填写“Guilty plea"，同时邮寄
一张$120的money order 到court.
请问，有人知道这个是必需的吗？我必须的交钱吗？ 当时police offer说这个单子不

发帖数: 21830 | 45 small claim court没用的。你们被骗的人很多，而且分散在很多州，要是你们所说的
丢货属实，那么RM手头肯定有无数货没有送到你们要求的地址，所以，RM肯定还有渠道
销赃。这些都不是state court能做的。
我老建议苦主们联合起来，先在United States District Court open a case,这个比
较简单，只有350刀。然后再开criminal case--如果存在销赃的话，当然，你不能在US
court上诉criminal case,你需要报告FBI。
建议大家先做一个统计，看看究竟多少人在RM手里丢了多少货，这样才能估计RM的可能
的销赃渠道。为criminal case提供线索。 |

人开的家庭式小型房地产公司租的，然后住满搬走后他们扣了一半多的押金。但是因为
我们之前有过租房经验，所以包括initial inspection, final inspection，房屋打扫
，保护，我们都做的很好，不存在问题，之后跟租房公司沟通后他们只退了30刀，哈哈
。然后我们咨询了法律援助建议去small claim court，然后租房公司要求私下解决，
但是估计还是不退。详细情况大家帮我分析一下，看如果去small claim court的话有

1.首先，clean扣了我们120刀，我们离开之前打扫的真的已经很干净很干净了。搬走前
一个礼拜他们发短信给我们说，让我们不用打扫，反正搬走后他们有专门的清洁公司来
打扫，我们回短信说我们还是打扫吧，不然你们有可能扣我们钱，然后他们再没回。结
果还是给扣了120，我们质询，他们说一般要三四百刀的，看你们收拾的还行就只扣了
120。我觉得首先我们打扫的很干净，其次他的短信有明显的misleading。

爸爸开车路上和别人有碰撞，对方认为是我爸爸开车的问题，要求我们保险赔付。对方
没有collison保险，所以一定得我们的保险公司来修。保险公司根据我爸爸的描述，说
会reject对方的要求，但是对方可能会去small claim court。
回复一下当时的情景。我爸爸在自己lane开车，他是新手开得比较偏，但应该还在自己
lane。然后旁边lane某车从旁边蹭过。然后两车碰到了。
不太想和对方纠缠这种事情，不知道应付small claim court会有多麻烦。第一个问题
是父亲11月份回国，如果那个时候small claim court过来要求，如果因为要回国不能
应诉，会不会有什么不好的影响，譬如说影响父亲下次入境，或者需要我作为主体来应

俩。 千万不能跟他们签所谓的合同，我以前跟人签过这种合同上过大当的。 所有要跟
你签这种合同的contractor 都可能有问题的。
我家里的装修工在 Craiglist上找的，砍树的也是在Craiglist上找的，迄今没有受骗
过。砍树的让我们很感动，来得很快，2天干完，干净利索，后来老公主动给了100的小
费---嫌我压价太低，干完活才给钱。不要给所谓的1/3， 2/3之类。
1． 原来constructor给过我一个合同，当然对他比较有利，我都是按合同
分3次给他付钱的。只是最后一次hold了1000，然后签了新合同。我想
去court告他，因为按新合同他没有按时完成工作。是不是我应该能赢？ ---- 可能！
2． 整个工程近1万美元。新合同说8/12不来给我补偿2000美元。我去court
的话，需要cliam多少钱？是要2000，还是多些，比如4000之类的？觉得是不是
可以要精神补偿之类的？这几个月搞得我很疲惫，电话老打，上班不能集中

上周四我和lg商量着要先找Eric negotiate 一下在我们file court compliant之前。
我们发给他一封邮件，问他接不接受500块（其实根本不值得这个数），周六之前不回
，表示不接受，我们就file compliant。结果他没回，今天收到他的邮件说他已经告我
们到small claim court。真是超级无赖，满口似有非有的谎话，居然先告状。这个
small claim court也很奇怪，好像只能file claim用来要钱的，我们这样被 put
unfair mechanic lien 不能用。我们只有有冤无处申呀。气人！这个恶人先告状了，
是不是对我们不利？
