一位从事“北极星”项目超过20年的HAL的高级官员表示，该机与相同吨位直升机
（5.5吨）相比性能最优，报废掉该型号是“非常不公平的”。
CAG向国会递交的报告中措辞严厉地对HAL提出批评，认为其不积极寻求国内供应商
，并称该机超重，且对使用的与法国透博梅卡公司联合开发的Shakti发动机也提出了批
评。
对此HAL回应道，市场上的现货产品无法满足印度军方的要求，因此HAL才决定开发
Shakti发动机，且印度国内没有能够为研制这样高性能发动机提供必要资金的公司。
HAL称装备了Shakti 发动机的“北极星”可在海拔20000英尺（6096米）的高原使用，
并能在携带440磅（200千克）有效载荷的情况下飞行200千米。
关于CAG在报告中提出的“进口材料价值占全机材料总价值的90%”的批评，HAL表
示：“ALH使用的复合材料原料在世界上只有少数几家公司可以生产。而现在已经可以

bp赔了快10b了，但是起诉了hal要他负全责，说是他家水泥不过关，没封闭井口。二月
份法院判决hal没赔偿责任，说他的工程是受bp检验的，hal做了豆腐渣，但是bp没查出
来，还是bp的责任。
两家继续扯皮。其他的公司有些已经与bp和解了，安娜大可赔了bp一共4b，hal目前的
股价，赔1b差不多值1块钱。
赔几b的话，hal就没有后顾之忧了 |

位，hal前期低价在10/4的30.50
如果再到31-32可以买些，估计风险不大，毕竟是大牛市，等basic material sector有
起色，hal一定有非常强劲的表现。
不过我也有一个顾虑，今年大选，材料能源都不大会涨，再加上欧债危机还阴魂不散，
中国又被说成要硬着陆~~~~感觉短期能源都不大会大涨，唯一有戏的可能是石油，如果
伊朗开战，那么就立马飞起来了~~
一般不大会开打吧？毕竟obama是民主党总统，和布什不一样~~ |

趁油价股价爆跌的时候决定出手。 竞争对手少的话，服务价格大可以提的跟slb一样高
。 反正layoff一定会有，suffer的会是那些中低级管理阶层， 还有overlap的部门。
好比cementing, 运气好点的就是fishing, hal没fishing部门。 |

Then, I got this error:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:

但是，看周线图如下，前几天的高点基本是2011年7月的高点，貌似没有突破，这样看
又是个down trend，所以请问大家怎么看？会参考2011年的高点吗？
我自己觉得近期如果守住了MA50，可能有个短期的上升，比如56+，如果没有突破，就
下来了。

plan is for people who is already very close do to his target marathon pace
(maybe 10 minutes improvement for bq pace, a little more for slower paces).
For example, his advance II plan asks 9 miles marathon pace followed by 20
mile long run next day in the last long run. If one could do that, with all
the tempo/hill/intervals training, he is very close to I use modified (
