其实,头三年, JH在stanford和RR在UM的战绩几乎是一抹一样;
而且,我相信,RR如果还是UM教练,肯定会对防守做大手术...
可惜啊,这么兢兢业业的一个教练被开了.... |

发帖数: 20256 | 14 前三年，JH总战绩即使一样，起码搞定过USC,CAl。RR不但对OSU,PSU,MSU都是0-3，而
且防守越来越烂。一年之内能把防守搞好不是不可能，问题是这样的DC愿不愿以来，很
可能1年之后就被开。问题关键还在于RR自己用人和scheme，不注重fundamentals，他
自己老强调fundamentals，但是我就是没看到我们的球员fundamentals有什么提高。我
估计就是很多assistant coach都不会教，空喊口号。
到现在这样的地步，第一个要骂的不是RR，而是我密前AD Bill Martin。 |

#4 RB coach Jackson, Fred Jackson是老车旧部，不过我觉得他近几年已经力不从心
，没几个RB能吃得开，也可能是spread offense不是他的强项。我觉得他可以退休，新
教练估计不一定会fire他
其他staff可以走人了。
如果Hoke入主，希望一些老车旧部能回归，重组教练组。我老最希望QB scott
loeffler能回归，如果我密改回pro style。他是我密QB recruit的重要人物，能保证
我密QB recruit保持高质量。 |
