with affordable price in kirkland (most are split-level).
As I know in Junita area, there are some new houses, not sur about schools,
My agent told me: offcourse, Bridalpath is the best, then West/East market
is good, the neighbourhood nearby beach area.
For me ,Finhill is not bad, but to far interms of communte......
I eventually bought hose in south of Belleuve.

发帖数: 8 | 10 刚搬到美国，在Bellevue downtown上班，想在Bellevue或者Kirkland附近租房。住
Bellevue的考虑是方便。看过几家离downtown 1~2mile的apartment，发现房子有点老
，而且有股潮湿气味，光线不够好，感觉有点压抑。所以就想不如住远一点，同样的价
格可以住到宽敞明亮的大一点的apartment也不错。Kirland的房子只看过Montebello，
1997年建的，空间开阔，周围环境安静，离405、costco也比较近，还满喜欢的。不过
他家的价格还真是贵，2x2（1100~1200sqft）都要近1500了。apartmentrating上有人
说他家overprice了，而且价格比我之前问得还涨了。。
版上如果有同仁了解Bellevue或者Kirkland附近相对比较新的apartment（价格$1300左
右），请帮忙推荐下！万分感谢！ |

散步。你反正要开车，不一定非要租kirkland的公寓，往北一点，租SFH，和down的公
寓价格差不多 |

差，但 Finn hill都快不是Kirkland了，应该算 Kenmore了，太偏了不值得。另外你说
的那个 Bellevue地址也很偏，98008吗？也是烂学区啊 |

office，结果发现完全不是。刚刚发现team match的组在Seattle，研究了一下，发现
老中买房在east side比较好，这跑到Googele Seattle office也不方便了啊。
大家怎么看？觉得有必要叫recruiter重新match，看能不能到Kirkland吗？谢谢! |

seattle office, 还算挺方便的
如果你的组只在 seattle 有 office, 而且组又好的话,那就别 rematch, 如果无所谓
的话,那 rematch 也无妨,感觉还是 kirkland 交通方便一点 |

kenmore看起来往华大和往bellevue都比较方便呀，不知大家怎么看。
kirkland location最好也很喜欢kirkland的感觉，但大多是split entry的老和小的房
子，也担心以后有小孩房子会略小。要么就是房子小院子大，要么就是房子大点但院子
很小。
klahanie的房子和小区感觉很好，只是担心交通上远。
初看房，经验不足，还望大家指教。 |

如果是我，首先排除klahanie，又不便宜，距离又远，买那里不如买issaquah
highland。
kirkland更贵，但是上405方便，98033比034更好

又比较安静。98033这边老些的房子都不大，但是地大，新一点儿的1M起步。你要是把
预算提到1M选择会多些。你要是想买Kirkland，还是快下手，等Totem Lake village
和Kirkland Urban建成了，价钱肯定又涨不少。 |

petowner评出来的满意的vet clinic.

一老莫女带俩孩子，车里杂七杂八扔了不少东西，不像别人小件放台子上大件剩车里。
check out 的cashier 是墨女，他助手，就是帮装车的小伙子跟他说不会西语，故知。
cashier 趁助手不在旁，胡乱对车里的货物扫了几下，至少一半没计价。
我老人家排在墨女后面看在眼里。
对墨氏之照顾同类表示敬佩。对此民族产生歧视感。
