有些主张选no. 网上有个人interview,移民官按着485表问一遍,其中问到这个问题,他
选的是yes,移民官问他为什么yes,他回答说申请过WIC,移民官做了批注,最后很顺利了
绿卡. 我认识的一个中国post doc,他申请过WIC(他女儿不是美国出生),他全家填这项
都是no,很顺利都拿到绿卡.我们州的medic aid网页很明确写着medic aid是medical
assistant,所以我认为属于public assistant.但是我很肯定WIC,medica aid,CHIP等10
多项不属于public charge. |

我怀孕前两个月都是在NJ看的OB，7月末搬家到了另一个州，所以换了一个OB，同时新
的OB要求我向原来的OB申请了medical release.
保险公司报销7月份的产检费用的时候要求以前的OB提供medical records,一直到现在
了，前OB居然拒绝了，期间我还打电话去跟OB办公室的人讲过。然后今天保险公司寄来
的claim explanation 居然要我付900多刀的费用（其中有很多各种检查）。真是郁闷
……
难道OB没有这个义务向保险公司提供medical records吗？是不是因为我新找了一个OB
所以以前的OB就不高兴了，就不管了？ |
