Darda:
- stir-fried knife-cut noodle, one of the best in the bay area
- beef noodle, decent enough but flavor is light (use thin noodle)
- chaomamian, looks great but they never put salt in it, so must get the
spicy version to get any flavor at all
in general, knife-cut noodles for stir-fry and thin noodles for soup based.
Top Cafe:
- gancaoniuhe, one of the best in the area
- yang zhou fried rice, used to be very good but nowadays very oily and
soggy

Miracle Noodles for about $2.00/package when they are on sale. These come
out to be $1.375/package. 24 packages for $33. Each package is one entree
serving or 2-3 side dish servings. I prepare them with ramen soup base or I
stirfry them with my own seasonings.
NOTE: These will NOT replace spaghetti. They taste more like Asian rice/
cellophane noodles than a wheat-based pasta. And you have to rinse them
before cooking.

yam noodle 有点像越南的米粉， 但是没有那么糯。 做之前最好用水浸泡以会。 我
是把它当粉条来做的
原料
一盒YAM noodle (15 卡）
4 个鱼元 （100 卡左右）
100克生菜（38卡）
一把香菜， 葱 （卡路里不详没，算10卡吧）
香油（半勺, 75 cal),盐少许
做法
将水煮开， 加入鱼元， 等到水再煮开后加入YAM NOODLE， 盐。最后汤煮开后， 关火
。 加入香菜， 葱。 即可享用。
放鱼元可以让汤头变鲜， 放香菜， 可以是让汤变得很清香。 我觉得这两个原料最好
有。
煮出来一大锅， 但是卡路里不高， 只有238卡左右。 而且， 好切很有饱足感。 我大
概吃了2/3就饱了。 有兴趣的话， 可以试试。 |

在网上搜了搜方案，有卖包裹crib的set，不过好贵。
最后看到有人推荐pool noodle，于是去买了一些,中间劈开，然后按crib rail的长度
切开
用胶带固定在rail上，就可以了。
婆婆把两个小被子缝在床的两侧的床板上，然后娃娃就不会撞痛了。
把娃娃放在床里试验了一下，他似乎对pool noodle也没有感兴趣，所以没有去啃咬，
所以目前还比较满意。
希望对其他妈妈有用，推荐一下。 |

我钟爱的凉面-- wasabi soba noodle, 荞麦面煮熟，流水冲洗，空干，wasabi 与
soba soy sauce 调匀，浇在面上，撒上干海苔，芝麻，葱花就可。
夏卷; shrimp summer roll, 生菜，熟虾，粉丝，九层塔用泡过米纸卷起来就好，可与
加了柠檬的海鲜酱同吃。
记得超级奶爸曾经用剩下的饺子馅做过这种韭菜煎卷，这不手头正好有剩下的包子馅，
也是韭菜，熟肉丁的，包起来，煎好，那真是好吃了得呢！
在来个能吃饱的吧～ 土豆炖牛肉～ 牛肉炒出香味，葱姜蒜，生抽，米酒，土豆，胡萝
卜，洋葱，炖熟即可。

杯子加税接近5刀，因为我们每次带走回家喝，发现只到纸杯子的2/3,想在家自己给宝
宝做鸡汤，省钱也卫生，以后偶尔去他家喝。不知道各位姐妹们有没有什么做chicken
