大概的进程是这样的。这周这个bill会被正式介绍到司法委员会。司法委员会开始组织
几场听证会。会要正方，反方的人出席，然后议员们会问他们问题。请什么人来，由
leahy决定。但他会和ranking member Grassley商量。
然后committee开始markup.所谓的markup,就是所有的成员可以向这个bill提修正案。
然后一个个修正案表决。这里只要简单多数就可以了。通过的修正案，就加到bill里。
然后committee投票表决，通过后，送出committee给harry reid.
harry reid决定参议院立法日程。他开始安排debate.这个时候，harry reid可以自行
决定什么bill拿来讨论。他甚至可以另起炉灶，拿一个新bill出来。
上了参议院立法日程后，如果有任何参议员要filibuster,那必须有60个参议员同意。

技术移民，没人关注。这种类型bill好处是水过，而且很快能通过。坏处是有人捣乱，
就可能彻底没戏。那么格老是怎么搞掉的呢？格老用了一招叫place a hold on the
bill.就是威胁使用filibuster.格老还算厚道。因为根据参议院规则，格老完全可以匿
名hold.那么是不是格老就一手遮天了。肯定不是。参议院是可以废掉这个hold.看下面
详细介绍怎么废。那reid为什么不file cloture.因为2012年是大选年，这个bill没人
关注，reid有更重要的和大选相关的议题让参议院表决。比如那个dream bill,reid就
一定要让共和党议员 on record filibuster.这样大选就可以炒作这个议题。
这一次CIR,一定会被filibuster, reid一定会file cloture的。所以格老这次hold不住
这个bill.

堵住gap。海鹰5个DL pancake了3个9人的OL，其实对9人来说是好事，应该是他们希望
的结果。Bowman和Wills都解放出来负责这两个C gaps。
但是Bowman却离开自己的gap，去帮wills堵他的gap。这不该是经验老道的Bowman犯的
错。何况自己这边还多了一个extra OL。他走开了，那边就更空虚了。 这应该是
Bowman的错。他如果能果断shot the gap的话，以他的速度，对位的OL可能block不了
他，运气好的话可以tackle Lynch for loss。但是就算Bowman不走开，也有这个etra
OL对上。strong side这边还是人手不够。
所以我觉得更大的错是safety的占位。海鹰只有一个WR，二线只需要一个Safety就够了
。Free Safety应该留在左边帮助防守海鹰的WR，Strong Safety应该迁移靠近LOS，并

至于REID为啥missed tackle, 一个他也许经验不足或者太紧张，另一个是林区技术好
，硬是把你晃过了。。。但是照前文那谁说REID站位有问题。。。站位有问题REID 就
不会 in a position to make the tackle. 明白了吗？

发帖数: 5892 | 24 据本地民调公司近期公布的一项调查结果，联邦保守党的支持率再次出现上升，并拉开了与自由党之间的差距。评论人士指出，新的数据将令保守党在新一年的预算案上掌握更多的底牌。即便预算案不通过、触发了春季大选，保守党不仅可以保住目前接近半数的国会席位，而且还可以进一步拓展，甚至组成本国近10年来的首个多数政府。
背景：保守党支持率远超自由党
这次调查由本地英文媒体《多伦多星报》委托Angus Reid民调公司进行，一共采访了6442名加拿大居民。这可能是下个月或将出现的“春季大选”前，调查样本最多的一次民意调查。
从全国来看，保守党目前的支持率为39%，自由党为26%，新民党(NDP)为18%，绿党为6%。保守党的支持率已经足足领先联邦最大的反对党自由党13个百分点。

政府当然有责任，知道问题不去纠正。 bush 8年责任也不小,共和党控制两院总统时候
为什么不动？这议题是很敏感的，共和党内部都搞不定的，民主党更反对。bush也管不
那么多了。解决这个需要领导人的强大领导能力，O8不行。
o8上台，要医改，要affordable。 想affordable得有实际措施啊，起码把保险公司给
搞残吧，民主党要真是阳春白雪，把保险公司这个middle man给踢了，保费马上大降.
结果保险公司花了上亿美元lobby,民主党最后的议案是很favor保险公司的，搞了几个
鸡毛蒜皮的省钱措施天天吹，真正管用的不碰，美国最大健保公司股票2年涨60%. 后来
看到保险公司实在是天怒人怨了，跟了个后续act,让保险公司吐些出来，但和保险公司
赚的比九牛一毛。
医疗费用这么贵，我知道的几个原因
1. 保险只能本州买，缺乏市场竞争。电视上天天汽车保险，健保公司保险几乎没有，
他们不用做广告，在州内它们是垄断的。
2. 限制医疗诉讼。医生每年要给自己买很贵的保险，高的10-20万美元，低的也有6万8

理当了BLM的头。这哥们儿上任第一天BLM武装对抗就开始了。这事闹大了，Reid 就退
休了，Bundy 家虽然吃了不少苦，但是至少干掉了Reid,功劳还是很大的。
