C/C++/Java里，缩进means nothing other than making your code neat。
现在的问题是，C/C++/Java的conditional statment如果只有一句，不用{}，两句以上
，一定要用。Python并不存在这种confusion，因为Python的contional statement哪怕
只有一句，也必须缩进，这等价于C里conditional statment只有一句也必须用{}。。。
如果Python也来个如果只有一个condtional statement不用缩进，两句以上的才用缩进
，那么我相信Python也会有一个coding convention来要求所有condtional statment必
须缩进。。。
其实我是觉得C系列语言的compiler & interpreter应该改为loop，conditional
statement都必须用{}包起来。。。否则之间编译出错。。。 |

如果车比较新（忘记几年之内的了），你需要车主签署 title, 银行公正的bill
statment，比较久的车bill statment就不需要公证了。
开回之前要买保险，车主如果同意你带着他的tag回来最好，不能也就无tag开回来，警
察如果差你，你能出示所有文件证明刚买的车，开回来应该问题不大。
车主不用出具inspection，所以后果都要自负了。 |

两个帐号的bank statement的日期不同，只能从saving的statment看到转走了钱到
checking的帐号（有checking的帐号信息）， 但是checking的statement还没有出来，
所以看不出来有钱转进checking account ， 我的laon office告诉我们这个可能会有
问题，钱的去向不明，让我们看一个和saving时间相同的checking的statement, 但是
我知道statment一个月才有一个，银行能开出来吗？有什么办法可以证明这笔转账？万

因为前一个月的balance没有在due date之前pay in full, 到底会产生多少利息，算法
有很多种，看你的银行用那种了。比较常见的是Average daily balance。具体算法是
从billing cyle第一天到最后一天，以平均每天的balance来算利息。
以楼主的例子，假如前一个月没有balance，这个月消费了X+Y，due date 是 statment
date后23天，statment出来后10天还X，25天还Y，那么利息是[(X+Y)*10+Y*15]/30*
APR/365。如果Y早还两天，这个利息就是0——因为grace period。 |

是去年2月21，这样说的话只要在2月21号前消费满200，这个200bonus可能出在1月21号
