本报讯 据《每日新闻》报道，一位前运输安全管理局（简称TSA）雇员因偷窃乘客行
李而被监禁3年，这位雇员称偷窃行为在TSA内是「司空见惯的事情」。
这位名叫布朗的前TSA雇员承认，他在纽瓦克国际机场工作的4年期间共盗取了超过
80万的现金、衣服和电子产品。后来他试图在eBay上卖窃取来的CNN照相机而被抓获。
尽管布朗说他可能是TSA内最大的窃贼，但他相信TSA内对偷窃行为并没有管制。他说：
「那很容易。有一天我手里拿着一个任天堂Wii电子游戏从安检的地方很轻松地走了出
来。」布朗还解释说，TSA的雇员们用诸多借口来证明自己的行为合理化。
据TSA透露，自2003年以来，大约有400名TSA员工因偷窃被解雇。TSA是负责为乘客
和货运提供安全保障的机构。但是布朗认为被解雇了TSA员工可能只是冰山一角 。
他说，盗窃「非常普遍」。今年，两位曾经在纽约JFK机场工作的TSA雇员——44岁

如果有个系统可以知道谁是良民, 谁是low risk,
为什么不来搞个 TSA pre-check free for all. 用那个系统直接抓坏人就好,
问题就是没有这样的系统, TSA也不知道谁是好人谁是坏人,
反正大部分的人都是好人 随便给给pre-check 也没有坏处
最重要的事 pre-check 用的金属门和 X光机如果使用得当
坏人还是抓的到的, 问题是这件事不能跟一般良民说,
因为这样就承认了全身扫描机是废物,
只好创造了 TSA pre-check 来掩人耳目. |

过期证件一概无效。
实际操作上，用过期驾照，加上两张其他有效证件，

前阵子去Kansas City开会，因为一句玩笑话，害得我和同事统统被TSA Strip Search。
回LA的飞机是傍晚的，那天下午我们早早的就往机场赶，因为怕堵车。但是没想到那里
下午4，5 点路上没几辆车，比前天早上4点我们去LA机场路上的车还少，结果我们很早
就到了机场。
我们在Terminal的Security Check前面隔着安检门能够看见候机室里面空无一人，我们
到了太早了。候机室很小，里面没有任何店可以买吃的和喝的，而Security Check正对
面就有一家Starbucks，隔着走道，也就3，4米的距离，坐在安检门口的一个胖大妈型
TSA能够清楚的看见我们的一举一动，我们先问她是否能够买了咖啡带进去，因为
Starbucks那里 |

只要你不是永久性居民，在美国搭乘国内航班不必持有任何证件。
