)的要求。这个要求很细，你可以自己去查，不是随便什么工作都可以用unpaid的"

你如果能找到雇主愿意承担这个风险，那是你的福分。但是一般公司/学校的法务部是

down payment $7372, 也签了合同，包括贷款的条款。本来想全额付清，但是Dealer
说贷款买车对信用记录有好处，以后买房子贷款利率会低， 所以在nissan dealer 介
绍的银行NMAC贷了款，4.75% APR, 五年还清，每月还$244。而且，只有贷款买车，才
有$500的优惠。信用分数是760。打算在两三年后买房子。
后来上网查了一下只要信用分数在760以上，买房贷款利率就会是最低的。
所以问题是
1. 既然信用分数已经很高（760），有必要再为了买房子贷款的利率而贷款买车吗？换
句话说，如果信用分数高于760，买房子的贷款利率会再降吗？在网上查到信用分数在
760-850，mortgage 的利率是3点几%。
2. 如果五年的贷款一年还清，还要支付利息吗，有penalty fee吗？合同上这么写的：

通知已留feedback，再问何时cancel，无回复。周三上午包裹寄到。周三晚再问：货已
退，feedback已留，何时能cancel？ 无回复。 周四再问，无回复。我的账上那货就一
直是unpaid。在留feedback之前，卖家回邮件相当及时。现在却是人影不见。 我现在
就是不明白他这是想干嘛？按说钱已退了，他拖着不cancel为了啥？我是否可直接找

是Sabbatical本校还是觉得说得过去，Tenure还没下来就申请Unpaid leave就有点奇怪
。另外时间上也有问题：
1）如果接受对方的Offer, 那是在4月份，那时本校Tenure还没下来
２）申请Leave要提前半年，到May 拿到Tenure后，就只能申请明年的unpaid leave 了
，新学校要9月份就过去
申请Sabbatical也不行，因为Sabbatical的申请上要承诺Sabbatical做完了一定要回本

balance is decreasing, home equity is up. Aggressive people can take loan
using that equity as collateral to spend. Now home equity is mostly negative
and these people still need to pay back the home equity loan.
Yes, it is possible that someone can have both loans and most of them are
