要file 140, 有点头疼employment verification letters. 律师倒是替我起草了两封
，但好像挺简单的。就是把PERM 里job description + requirements. 上来问一声，
是不是就可以了。
另外，国内的工作证明要不要盖章，还是签名就行了。

If I send both letter plus my boss's letter with support of continuing
employment, would that be good ?
I worry the formal letter's 12-month period can cause me some problem. How

to you without determined termination date on it. I guess unmatched
evidence will cause you problem
if they are willing to give you an employment verification letter, they can
provide a same copy, just address it to you. |

permanent job, without any time limitation on this position.
EVL for I-485 is required to prove the job you used for I-140 application is

1.为什么都是将来的语气？EB1B是employment-based,如果还没有employed,应该不能申
请吧。
2.一般来说申请EB1B，Employment Verification Letter需要说明两点：a)这个市永久
研究职位，b)本公司有不少于三个全职研究院。你给的sample根本没有提第二点。
