1.若占领10年以上，邻居没有宣誓主权，那你就有right of way，他不可收回这个领土。
2.若seller给邻居签字说邻居给了permission所以用了这个领土，那么邻居随时可以收
回permission，那你就得拆了。如果邻居不收回permission，只要他拿着那个签字，你
也没有那个10年就据为己有的东西了。
3.如果10年内，或者给了permission但是邻居要收回，你就拆了吧。 |

扒。 把我的FENCE的POST都压断了。上次跟他说了一下。 终于来清理一下。不过现在
小石子继续压我的FENCE。 经常漏到我家。

one way fee。因为他们需要把车都弄过去，你不租，他们也得花钱。所以要看情况，

小的时候自己做游戏，常常装成一个司机。两把靠背椅对拼在一起就是车身，前面
放上一张方凳当作车头，靠背椅上放个小板凳就是我的驾驶座，最后把家里的痰盂盖倒
过来当方向盘，一个圆盘下面一个长棍，还蛮像的。 就这样我驾驶着我的“汽车” 开
过了一站又一站，走过了一年又一年。
那个时候做梦也想不到有一天自己真的会开上一辆汽车，而且是属于自己的汽车。
更想不到的是开在离故土万里之遥的另一片土地上。在你我之间是300英里的路。这是
一条新奇、瑰丽、满载深情的路。我开在这条路上，从夏到秋，经冬到春，不知不觉已
经是我们相识五年的纪念日了。
