真的估的有点太低了.怎么办?能有什么办法让progressive保险公司估的高点吗?

Did they show you the evaluation report? How did they come up with the
price?
My car was recently totaled. What the insurance company does was they got
24 same year same model car that were sold in my area and compared with my
car. +/- the options, milage, etc on the car and came up with an average
value of my car. Then they also add the tax of the current car value to the
settlement. I am still negotiating with them about the license fee. My
lawyer said that they should pay the license fee too, but not sure if they
would agree.
If you don't have a lawyer, and the insurance company didn't show you have
they came up with the value, I guess you can find the same car (same year
and model) that's on the market in your area, come up with an average price
and give the insurance company an offer. Be sure to add the tax in the
total settlement. Not sure about the license fee. According to my lawyer,
they should pay for both tax and license fee. I guess you can inclue few
certified cars in your calculation. Don't use all certified car, they will
argue about the price if you use all certified cars. | d*********u

我的车有地方有绣,说车玻璃上有轻微划痕,说车座椅有局部起了点毛.总共扣了800多,
最后只给3600.
实在不爽啊,感觉他们扣的太多了. | W***i

show them samples of local seller asking price that you find.
tell them all the upgrades your car has. |
