因为修power steering system 的时候把一个连接cooling system 的overflow
tank 的hose 打开过，从那以后车子开20 分钟以上就开始overheat.已经换了water
pump, thermostat, radiator. cooling fan 没有问题。做过pressure test, 没有
leak. 做过combustion test, head gasket 没有问题。
去了几个修车行都检查不出问题所在。
怀疑有air locked. 但是已经bleed 过很多次。不解决问题。google 过，有人说
要把车前头lift up 3 feet high, 来排除air. 不解how and why? anybody have any
idea?
网上 有人说在thermostat上钻一个孔，以便于 让air通过。去哪里找这样懂行的
修车人？
奶奶的到处都是修日本车的expert technician. 各个修车铺都说熟悉日本车，不
熟悉美国车。难道在美国反而修不了美国车？去过dealer, 上次因为power steering,
那里的小屁孩懂的还没有外面的修车的多。

1. Park your car such that head is a couple of feet higher than trunk.
2. Turn off the engine
3. open the radiator cap. NOTE: MAKE SURE COOLANT IS COOL ENOUGH. OTHERWISE,
YOU WILL BE HURT.
4. Turn on the engine and run ~10 min until it start to boil
At this point, all the air should be out. You should see air come out during
these 5-10min.
5. Turn off the engine & recap the radiator. |

而是head bolt在cylinder block上的thread完蛋了.你不拆这车还能开
一开,你拆了再装上去这车根本没法开了.你得修复thread才行,这修复thread
的kit一个就要600刀.
无论Ford还是GM,所有美国V8神车都有这个问题,我看主要还是美帝国主义的
材料强度不行.

V8的缸压要高许多,head bolt thread要承受巨大的剪切力,美国的铝合金强度不行,
就完蛋了.

bad, then should be grey smoke, or water in oil. Anything like that? If
not, try the cheapest thing first.

我这样开着heater 过一个夏天么？呜呜。。
不知道这样开会不会损伤发动机。
如果headgasket 通过chemist检测没有漏，又没有可能是发动机有问题了？
请问那位高人详解怎样把车头升高2尺但是车尾不戳地。谢谢！ |

个也肯能是overheat 的原因么？
要把带子取下来清洗么？

assistant"的提示，而且方向盘也打不动了，关发动机后重启就会恢复正常。这个
overheat好像牵扯到的面挺大。
是thread么？
