stripping buffer:
2% SDS
100 mM beta-mercaptoethanol
50 mM Tris, pH 6.8
Procedure:
1. Heat stripping buffer to 50c in water bath.
2. Incubate blot with stripping buffer at 50c for 15-30 min with gentle
shaking.
3. Rinse blot several times in TBS.
4. Blot is now ready for re-block and blot.

发帖数: 435 | 6 不会的，我每次都是放摇床里，50~100RPM，50度，30分钟。 分别试过先杂交目的蛋
白，再洗掉杂交actin，或者反过来。 都没有问题。

glycine 15g, HCL 调pH 2.2
sds 1g
tween20 10ml
定容至1L
取200ml，80C 水浴 30min左右取出，shaking至室温
用清水冲洗膜几次后，可以放下个抗体 |
