rate外，还有referral的program到Feb 28 2011，被推荐人和推荐人都有50$，如果满
足2个月以上存款条件。具体信息如下(对了钱多的话似乎可以去开Coulee Bank的，利
率是3.03% APY up to 2.5w，网址是http://www.couleebank.net/，是WI州的银行，没有refer program, CCU是IL的credit union)：
