在Win下面曾今用过这两个，SciLab好像语法和MatLab不是完全兼容；Octave很老的时
候用过，那个时候效率不高 因为要Cygwin。不知道在纯Linux环境中，Octave效率是不
是能和SciLab一拼呢？
其实语法不兼容倒也算了，关键比较看重效率。达人说说这两个那个好点吧～

Anyway, I have no experience of scilib, but I like octave.

is quite easy with Python). Python with numpy has similar performance as
the commercial Matlab for matrix operations, but is much faster (and much
