俺知道可以在原公司renew h1b，等current
但是俺想先回国一年，再回来找个工作，换个公司,重新开始申请
这样的话，原来的priority date还能保留吗

your 140.
They can not cancel your 140 if your 140 has been approved for 6 months.
The only thing is that it's difficult to get a job offer when you are in
China.

employer can revoke approved 140
and PD. If that's not the case, who give a damn shit to those previous
employers as long as you can get
another similar job?

But it is better not to offend previous employer since you might need some
