发帖数: 644 | 5 485 has nothing to do with your employer, it belongs to you. You can change
lawyer if you feel the lawyer from your former employer may hurt your case.

employment verification, you'd be fine.
If your employer notifies USCIS of your status by revoking your H1B or I140,
then an RFE on employment verification is almost inevitable, if you don't
have a job when you receive the RFE, your I485 could be denied. |
