2. will china eb2 get any spill over in may?
if the answer is no to 1, then we are fucked again, all spill over goes to
India while we have not used our own 2800. |

how could? china eb1 has like 4000 each year....

I talked with Mr. O today, Chinese EB2 got much more visa number than your
expection, will reach its quota in May or June.

月平均要批准至少700份485申请．这有可能吗？如果这么说的话，那排期在5.6月会大
幅前进了．．．这个推测对不对呢？

问题是空口说白话，p证据都没有

its quota in May or June. there are much more "new dependent + EB3
upgrading" than your expectation.

当然可能3月数据公布到4月底之前会
用不少名额，不在此计算之列。也会
有EB3C-->EB2C的。

印度人肯定马上就要用满quota了
即使只移动一个月，阿三也会开始吃spillover！！！
我们必须要督促奥傻在5月份用完中国人的quota，否则我们就又被坑了

还有中国的EB1剩余只会给中国EB2用吗？

其实EB1 + EB2 ROW的剩余总额没有很大变化。
1. Indian EB2 can not use all EB1 unused visa number.
2. EB1 unused visa number is more than expectation, EB2 ROW unused visa
number is much less than expectation.
3. Chinese EB2 got more visa number than Chinese EB1 which is much less than
expectation.

EB2 worldwide has used up more than half of its quota.
