公司雇佣的律师帮我提交了 PERM Submission to DOL
说这个过程至少要四个月
同时跟我说 这一步没有Tracking 系统

“This is to confirm that we have submitted XXX PERM application to the
Department of Labor. You will recall that the DOL will be sending a
confirming e-mail to you regarding the application in order to verify that
Company is sponsoring XXX for the PERM labor certification. Please be sure
to respond to the Department of Labor e-mail in order for the PERM
application to be processed.
We anticipate an approximate four-month processing time on the PERM
application, unless the application is selected for audit (in which case we
will of course confer with you).
Unfortunately, the Department of Labor does not offer an online case
tracking system, so it will not be possible for XXX to track the status of
the PERM application directly. We will, of course, contact you upon
approval of the application.”
请问果真无法查询进展吗? 四个月是普遍现象？ 目前正好四个月了 谢谢各位！ |
