来还要做什么才能拿到绿卡？要喊律师去relink eb3到旧pd吗？
其实不申eb3也可以，因为eb2的排期可能一年内能到的样子，但工作不稳定所以想尽快
拿到卡。最近这情况可能会影响换工作，很郁闷。

主要是提前半年拿卡对我也很有影响，要不也不瞎折腾了

1、申请eb3不影响现有的eb2。“you can still use the EB-2 I-140 (it still
remains valid provided the job offer still exits)”
2、想用premium可能不行

USCIS will continue to accept

that are filed with a copy of a labor certification that is expired at the
time the amended or duplicate Form I-140 petition is filed, if the original
labor certification was submitted in support of a previously filed petition
during the labor certification's validity period. These filings may occur
when:
1）A new petition is required due to a successor-in-interest employer
change;
2）The petitioning employer wishes to file a new petition subsequent to
the denial, revocation or abandonment of the previously filed petition, and
the labor certification was not invalidated due to material
misrepresentation or fraud relating to the labor certification application;
3）An amended petition is filed to request a different visa
classification than the visa classification requested in the previously
filed petition; or
4）The previously filed Form I-140 petition has been determined to have
been lost by USCIS or DOS.
Pending the policy changes, NSC will request the employer to chose one I-
140 petition out of the two I-140 petitions and the second I-140 petition
will
be held in abeyance until the HQ policy is fixed. |

被revoke的。
