我的485 NSC 2-3-2 RD 2014-03, PD 2012-06, relinked by mail via employer

没有RFE，更没有别的。我自己问让我等。
通过congressman问的，说由于LD的雇主有一个pending 140所以不能处理我雇主file的
485，这个我觉得是两个单独的peitition，不应该互相影响。我在uscis.gov没能找到
支持我的或者支持NSC的policy，诸位给看看怎么弄比较好，能给我个link更是不胜感
激。多谢。

Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, which your
constituents filed with USCIS on March 24, 2014. USCIS records indicate Mr.
Smugmug is the principal applicant in these permanent residency cases.
Please note that it is USCIS policy to process the permanent residency cases
(principal and derivative cases) of immediate family members together.
From a review of USCIS records, we understand that your constituent, Ms.
Smugmuger, has a Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, which was
filed for her on May 8, 2015. The current estimated processing time for
Form I-140 cases at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) is 4 months; therefore
your constituent’s I-140 is currently within the estimated processing time
. It is USCIS policy to adjudicate all pending I-140 cases prior to
adjudicating an I-485 case. Since these cases are riding together, the
adjudication of the I-485 cases will be held in abeyance until the

主申请人的140批了没有？如果批了，你再次联系议员说，主申请人140已批，USCIS搞
错了。 | F********r

一个无关的140
pending。yoyo你知道有没有我可以refer的政策让众议员再去联系？

你不需要贴政策，就是告诉议员，USCiS搞错了，我是主申请人，我的140已批，LD是副
申请人，和TA无关。
