，议员帮问等等。各种方法之间最好相隔几天，一直保持file active但又不催过度。

就是说第一件事是relink? 律师说“Please note that we also requested to
recapture your previous priority date of June 14, 2013 for the EB-3/China
category and interfiled with your pending I-485 Adjustment of Status (AOS)
application.”是不是说已经做了？
之后呢，先打电话还是先写信？ |

发帖数: 2629 | 6 看来你的律师把written request在PP的时候一并递交了，现在可以让他发e-mail去
link，或者你自己发也行，跟上online SR和议员询问link的状态，相当于侧面催绿。
确认link后继续咨询审批状态，记得online SR可以有主副申两个。加油。

USCIS SR Steps:
1. Call 1-800-375-5283
2. Press 1 for English
3. Press 2 for pending case
4. Press 1 for checking status of pending case
5. Input case # (WAC, LIN, SRC, etc)
6. Press 1 for confirmation
7. Press 3 to continue (report a problem)
8. Press 3 outside processing time + 1 did not hear response
9. You will be directed to Level 1 customer support – tell them your case
is outside of processing time and you want to file a Service Request, then
they will do it.
You will get a confirmation number after calling.
You will receive a response letter or email from USCIS VSC in 3 weeks (the
home address and email address as you provided on DS-3035 form).Probably
your case will be approved that time. |

自己和议员可以同时有outstanding的SR。

发帖数: 2629 | 11 估计这个SR也不会太早回复，要求link的一般一个星期左右才能给回复的。要不要同时
找议员你看着办吧，目前形势是比较严峻，可以考虑一搏。

了还是finger print fee received |

悠的来了一封平信说请求被受理 链接到EB3了 从第一封快递出去到收到平信确认 大
概一个多月时间
