律师回答说可能需要准备consular package
The consular package including below documents:
•Consular Interview Instruction;
•Attorney verified copies of G-28 Form, Form I-129 Petition; Employer
Supporting Letter, and LCA Form approved by DOL (need to get approved by
your company).
You have to bring all legal status documents for your H-1B visa application.
There is no 100% guarantee for reentry with AP, so be prepared for H-1B visa
application just in case.
看了还是不懂consular package是什么？律师还是推荐申请H1B回美国，但是我不想这
么麻烦，有高人指点吗？ | F*********u

万一到时候AP不让入境没法回美国的话做好签证准备
虽然说是谨慎点好，不过我觉得神经过敏了
