发帖数: 4965 | 8 在绝大多数情况下，即使没有附上原RFE信，USCIS还是能处理RFE材料的。你交了Cover
Letter，那现在先等等看。
唯一例外的情况就是：RFE Response信中没有任何Case Number等信息，有可能会被
USCIS因无法处理而扔掉。只有在这种情况下，才需要马上重新寄一份RRFE（RFE
letter + 回复的Document）。

It should be fine. The cover sheet has the case number that will enable
USCIS to match up the documents you submitted with your file. I do not see
it being a problem.

网上输入后 会显示 fee is wavier ，然后一直到今天早上 变成case is approved
