I have monthly targets, which are compared against the amount of demand
which has been reported eligible for processing in the upcoming month,
resulting in the establishment of a final action date which will allow
number use to be as close to my target as possible. For November, the
amount of demand was much lower than that experienced in recent months,
allowing greater movement. USICS demand is the primary factor in this
category, and their processing issues can have an impact on the final action
date.

我是说如果。。。
如果没有人拿出来看你的485，就无法完成adjudicated，而触发有人来看你的485，是
排期current or 即将current。
按照他的说法第二排期根本就是没用的，这种话也讲的出来
显然错误，今年EB3放水时候2014初的量绿的就是证明，他们10月RD已经被处理了，直
接就绿掉了。否则怎么可能一直没处理，突然放水能瞬间绿 |
