winter break. I have some questions as the following:
1) The exam week is from Dec12-Dec 16? May I arrange my final earlier ( for
example, 12, 13) and going back earlier?
2) Jan 4th is the date faculty back. But the course start Jan 12. Can I
arrange to back to US Jan 10?
I do need your suggestion before I discuss these question with the Chair.

But you need to get your chair's support.
Winter break faculty is paid for work. |

个人说了算。老油条们一般都找学生或者同事帮照看一下，新人一定要跟系主任和学生
两边都沟通好，否则万一有学生考不好、归咎于你擅自提前考试，可能会有麻烦。
版上去年就有一位，夏天回国提前走了，该做的service没做，被学校炒了，现在不知
道官司打得怎么样。

发帖数: 1001 | 7 本科生考试时间学校统一安排，要换时间的话涉及很多问题，比如有学生那个时间段有别的考试，或者教室本身就不available等等。。。我校明文规定考试不能提前到考试周之前教学周里面。总之各方面自己考量一下是否可行，第一年一般夹着尾巴好点。。
