是grant manage specialist人工发的
感觉信里说的不是很positive. “We are pleased to inform you that the grant
application referenced above is being administratively reviewed for possible
funding by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS). No
funding decision has been made yet nor should one be construed from this
request. An official confirmation of funding will be through the issuance of
a Notice of Award.”

了JIT，还在等正式的通知

completed. 给grant manage specialist发信也不回。有点着急绝望了：（
