and corner Robinson came in and hit Manning’s arm. The pass was out and hit
edge in the helmet. The play was immediately ruled as an incomplete pass.
Texans were furious and challenged the ruling. Ed Hoculi reviewed the play and
reversed it. But they couldn’t give the ball to the Texans because the
whistle had blown, so they credited Robinson with a sack.
The same thing happened the week before in the game of colts vs | n******e

full time refs，football场次太少，所以只有业余的。我个人认为规定anything
happens after the whistle is blown doesn't count主要是为避免无谓的争端，
好像judemental call不能challenge一样。
