When they do go with 3 WR sets, they actually often place or motion Austin into the slot, although I've seen all 3 WRs be the slot at the snap.Not sure if that answers your question, but based on what I've seen that's how the offense works. so putting all 3 WRs in slot is just absurd, self-defeating.
I thought that's the funny part.
