上面那个链接的seagate data recovery服务。
seagate旗下的i365解决这个问题。
你打电话怎么解决的，换了个硬盘？

发帖数: 210 | 8 I just had the same problem, and called Seagate support (their line is pretty hard to get through, called many
times), and seagate guy give me a case number and forward me to the i356 guy for instruction of sending the
bad drive to i365 lab. Everything seems free so far and they already acknowledged that my drive was due to
the firmware issue and promise to fix in the next few days. Will see what comes back.
One thing I am not sure is whether they can still replace my old harddrive with a bett |

是一个iso文件，用光去启动就可以了，反正我的重新写了
打电话给seagate，人家连oem的都管换（不过你不要画蛇添足），赶紧打电话，你出

your luck again. i believe support
reps know how to set up, and forward the case to i365 (so i365 won't charge
you). only thing that i can think
of is to mention the BSY firmware error...
btw, got my hard drive back, luckily everything is still there. i365 did
backup my files for 14 days to be safe,
not much a concern for myself.
bought another wd drive for backup, can't trust seagate alone.
