老板让我给办公室配个工作站，主要做仿真，提了要求是12核，限定预算5000，还要求
拿来就能用预装windows系统。我在网上搜了下，只看到DELL的官网能自己customize配
置。做了如下配置不知是否可行？

因为DELL官网配好以后的配置单很长，所以我做了一下缩减。但是有几个地方看不懂，
就没有删掉。
以上配置有哪些地方需要修改？或者能够推荐其他自己配置工作站的网站吗？
