do I fill out I-140? I am confused because it is said the form should not be
filled out by the alien.
If I-140 is the right form, do I put my name in part 1 as well as part 3?
Should I put my spouse name in part 7 now?

You should put your husband's name on the form, but that does not mean he
also applies for I-140.
I did not check my form to answer the last question. But I remember I put my
spouse's name on the I-140.
Spouse only applies for I-485. |

发帖数: 195 | 6 I checked my I-140 form which was efiled on Dec. 31. 2009. There is no such question as " applying for adjustment of status" in part 7.
BTW, I did not file I-140 and I485 concurrently.
I wonder whether you do them concurrently. |

I double checked, the form is 1/6/10 edition. I do not plan to apply
concurrently. Does any one know if I should check Yes or No for that
question?
