７/２0，card production ordered notice
7/21,welcome notice
7/22, ASC finger print notice
7/29.approval notice
７／３0，finger print done walk in
confused with the USCIS confusing notice.
don't know if the card was really ordered or not.

USPS took three days to deliver the approval notice to him. hehe
