After EB2NIW is approved, the lawyer will get the second half.
Good lawyer may pay some attention to your EB1A case after that. But who
knows?
If the lawyer is willing to take all your money when both your EB1A and
EB2NIW are got approved, I think it is a good idea to apply both. | s*****i
