下来。如果你急着用AP，可以考虑一起交。

other in approve.
they will give you AP and EAD based on your I485 no matter what status of
your I140. But the processing time is variable case to case.
basic line, no one knows what happens to your case if you turn them into
uscis. Good luck. |

process of ead/ap, as pp will not affect the process of 485 theoretically.

队开始背景调查，打指纹name check完成后，就等140批准。

如果485 concurrent filing只是提早排上对而已，那140 pp的话就没必要485
concurrent filing，反正等15天140就有消息了。

concurrent filing能省一个月时间，之后看各人运气了。

发帖数: 3862 | 16 从我的观察来看，140和485 concurrently filing确实要比non concurrently 快至少
一个月左右。
但是原因是多重的：
1。concurrently filing交上去以后，FP/EAD/Ap就是开始处理，不管140怎样。这样省
了至少15天时间。
2。 concurrently filing直接交到service center,不是lockbox,又省了一到两个星期
材料转交的过程。
但concurrently filing不会让你插队， 这是肯定的。
