发帖数: 58 | 2 my case EB1B, 140 approved in May 2011. 485 was submitted July 2011. Jan 2012, RFE for employment letter, and USCIS received it on Jan 10.
Now 3 months later, it still shows On January 10, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. The lawyer called and was told it is still within the normal processing time, and can't do SR.
I wonder how it is possible for the employer to do the SR since your case is also stil within the normal processing time. | w**********3

Texas service center, I want to do SR, but they told i can not do it by
myself. | h********r
发帖数: 58 | 5 oh, my 140 was in initial review for 6 months, and then in the 7th month, we
received RFE and submitted it immediately, and 140 was approved a few days
after.
I guess dealing with USCIS is just a matter of luck.

letter from my phd advisor and it worked.
