一般学校ME PhD, 大公司R&D Engineer, 背景一般，很多硬伤
17篇publications，14 English (6 journal, 8 conference), 3 Chinese，一作8篇
（只有2片英文，2片中文）
140+ citations，其中90个出自1篇中文文章（4作），英文文章citation少的可怜，加
起来20多
6封推荐信，3个独立，2个international，其中1个是以前intern公司VP，一个是现在
公司的前SVP
11个杂志和会议的30多review，分布美国，欧洲和韩国
2个conference的session chair
1个conference的symposium organizer
1个ASME conference的best paper award， 3作
公司内部几个recognition和invention disclosure(不是patent)
除了推荐信，还要了1封杂志的editor letter, ASME会议的technical chair letter (
for best paper award), conference chair letter (for symposium organizer), 和
session chair letter
claim了contribution，citation, judge和authorship。 公司律师强烈建议要claim
citation， 本来心里没底，后来找了几篇别人大段引用有90个citation的中文文章，
用来support international recognition。
咨询了公司律师有关killer IO, 律师说不用等几周，就直接PP了
PS: 公司的律师是fragomen的，从我把所有材料给律师后，前前后后托了差不多半年才
file. 期间要了很多其他的support material。
准备RFE：背景里有不少硬伤，预备了一些RFE，包括一封中国教授的推荐信，还有3-4
个additional journal review，1篇已经accept还没有publish的文章和2个conference
proceedings（都是3作），还有一个local society award。虽然感觉证据还算比较充
足，但是还做了两手准备。

中文文章引用基本上都是中文的，在CNKI上可以找到原文，律师请人翻译了摘要
没有特别注明引用的地方
