副申请人：因为结婚刚一年，REF 婚姻真实性 ----这个把主副共同的材料都交上去就

主申请人：REF employment letter。
The employmnet letter submitted with your I485 adjustment application does
not contain a live signature.
You must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent
employer, describing your present job duties and position in the
organization,your proffered position, the date you began employment and the
offered salary or wage. This letter should be in the origninal and signed by
an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or
confirm an offer of permanent employment. The letter must also indicate
whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition(or
labor certification) continue to exist.
这Live signature不就是签名么？我上次提交的时候有啊。 还有个问题就是我现在的
offer 一个月后就截止了。我要不要再提交新的offer letter？ 还是再去开个新的
employment letter就可以了啊？不写offer的截止日期可以不？谢谢 |

人的生活照，婚礼照片什么的只要能证明你们婚姻关系的都可以提供。
Employment Verification Letter：去工作单位开，一般HR或者小秘都知道的，签字盖
章，最好不要写合同截止日期，写上title，salary和还在职就行了。 |

然后找到eb1a对于employment的具体要求，让他清楚的意识到1b 1a的employment要求
是不一样的，以防出任何问题，毕竟你只有一次回答的机会。
