485。
因为7，8月要回国，根据目前485的审理速度到时肯定拿不到卡，所以现在纠结是申AP
还是renew H1B。
感觉H1B更容易更可靠，就是不知道提交485之后还能不能renew H1B了。另外，如果不
renew H1B，现在的H1B过期后是不是必须要用EAD工作？多谢！ | f*******n

to also file an application for employment authorization on Form I-765 and/
or advance parole on Form I-131. You may file these forms together. If you
choose instead to file Form I-765 and/or Form I-131 separately after July 30
, 2007, you must also submit a copy of your I-797C, Notice of Action,
receipt as evidence of that you filed a Form I-485.
