忽悠的根本不算。
二：公司focus／priority重点会随着时间的推移和市场地变化不停地变化，各个层次
的VP每天干什么呢？不就是找这些priority，然后执行吗？
三：即使你知道哪个组的产品挣得最多，那也可能是绝对值。要是分到人头上的价值不
高，非常可能会先被先裁。

are exaggerating the functions of the teams.
Their nature of work seems to be like that:
1. amazon's team: 50%design + 50% implement (most team members have proven
records of designing/making successful products)
2. nvidia's team: enabling/enhancing GPU to do general purpose paralleling
computations
3. cisco's team: not sure [Indian manager]
I like (1) more, but seems a green card is more important??

know:
1. working environment is extremely important. try to stay away from
indian managers or a lot indian co-workers. however, i know it is almost a
luxury in the computer industry to do so in the bay area today.
2. nvidia is one of the worst companies, not to mention comparing it with
Amazon and cisco. in contrary, amazon is the best among the three.
3. you don't even know which cisco team it is, do you?

i know a few not-good (in terms of skills) friends who are working in nvidia
and ironically, they all complain the company a lot: working overtime, no

All "qualified" managers, in all companies, will say their groups are the
core of the cores in their companies. If they don't say so, they should be
fired.
For experienced engineers, if you do believe those BS, you should be fired
also.
