Job Class: Quality Engineer 1
Location: San Francisco , CA
You will participate in feature design, create test plans and test
media, automate test plans, and maintain testing infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Work on a highly committed team in a fast-paced, productive environment
Write test plans and develop test media, unit tests, and web
applications as defined by the test plan
Work with developers to design features and write detailed
specifications
Define test scenarios that represent key customer use cases and
workflows
Monitor and actively engage with customers as part of prerelease
programs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a technical field
Knowledge of development of web applications using JavaScript and HTML5
Ability to analyze, isolate, and document complex technical issues
Ability to define detailed schedules to ensure commitments are met on
time
Familiarity with other Adobe tools such as Adobe Flash Pro, Photoshop,
Illustrator, After Effects, DreamWeaver, etc.
Commitment to advocate for internal and external customers to ensure we
successfully deliver on their requirements and expectations
Ideal:
Experience as a Flash developer and/or designer
Experience with timeline based authoring tools
Experience in real world site creation/design using JavaScript and HTML5
Ability to maintain and query databases
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience with JQuery, Lua, Webkit, Java/C++, JavaScript, or PHP
Experience with software testing automation tools
Tools the candidate will work on– advertisement, jewels on page
(microsite embedded on page)
Ideal person:
· developer (html 5 ) and CSS 3 and (flash) – junior level
· can also do some test scenarios by hand
· they will create Web page in html, Dreamweaver, inspect java
scripts, see issue with animation. |
