At this point in time, we are still working closely with xxx to develop a
strategy for your PERM labor certification. The reason for this additional
strategy work is that your current position as a college hire requires, at
most, a Bachelor’s degree, without any quantifiable amount of work
experience. In its adjudications over the past few years, the Department of
Labor has been subjecting PERMs with these kinds of minimum requirements to
high levels of scrutiny, given the state of the economy and the labor
market. As a result, PERM labor certification labor market tests and/or
filings for such cases have ultimately not been successful...
好奇大家是college hire时有没有遇到过这样的问题... | W******g

经验。
