When the interviewer says, you are excellent, there are not many/very few
candidates were able to do this.
They are actually saying, if you are not able to do this, then you will be
rejected as many other candidates.
When the interviewer says, you are close, you just need a bit help/time.
They are actually saying, you are not that good so we might as well reject

我面试人的时候，对于差一些的，我都会更NICE一些。给他们一些信心，都不容易嘛
