the Sr. Engineer who joined 1 year before ipo, they can get 30K rsu
30K/ 545M = 0.0055%, if the company is evaluated at 2B, you could get
roughly 110K worth of rsu. If the company ends up at 4 billion, you will
have 220K
As I am calculating, the 0.0055% seems to be at low end for a sr. You might
get 0.01 - 0.03% if the startup is not among the hot ones.
so if the company does go to public, you can expect anywhere between 100K -
1M

恐怕0.01%不容易拿到了。还是看公司潜力了。
